Yes. A non-refundable deposit (typically 40–50%) is required to hold the date. Because this booking includes all six ministers, dates are not secured until the deposit is received.

Rescheduling is allowed one time, if the new date is within 12 months and the team is available. Deposits will transfer to the new confirmed date.

Cancellations made 45 days or more before the event will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 45 days will forfeit the deposit due to the coordination required for all six ministers.
